Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and our return policy.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
5-10 business days. Free on orders over $500. $49 flat rate for orders under $500.
Express Shipping
2-4 business days. Available for select items. Additional charges apply based on size and weight.
White Glove Delivery
Available for large furniture items. Includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal. Contact us for a quote.
Free Shipping
All orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping notification.
Delivery Notes
- Large furniture items may require a signature upon delivery.
- Please inspect all items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Return Policy
We want you to love your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable.
How to Return

- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage and your order number when contacting us.
